Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Udyo mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users — whether you're a student, a government job aspirant, or anyone using Udyo's features. Udyo is developed and maintained by Aleti Srinivasarao.

Who Can Use Udyo

Udyo is open to all users. By creating an account, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years of age
• The information you provide during registration is accurate and up to date
• You will not share your account credentials with others
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

What Udyo Offers

The App provides the following features to support your preparation:

• Daily government & private job notifications
• Daily current affairs tailored for competitive exams
• Daily quizzes and monthly mock tests
• Exam syllabus tracking
• Personal study tracker and timetable creation

User Conduct

We trust you to use Udyo responsibly. You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Udyo content without written permission
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the App
• Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
• Upload, share, or transmit any offensive, misleading, or harmful content
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free features or manipulate quiz rankings

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Content Ownership & Intellectual Property

All content within Udyo — including daily current affairs, quizzes, mock tests, syllabus data, and design elements — is the intellectual property of Aleti Srinivasarao and the Udyo team.

You may use the content solely for your personal, non-commercial preparation. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, or distribute any content from Udyo without prior written consent.

Your personal data (study logs, timetables, quiz scores) belongs to you. We do not claim ownership over content you create within the App.

Advertisements

Udyo displays advertisements powered by Google AdMob to keep the App free for all aspirants. By using Udyo, you consent to the display of such advertisements.

We do not endorse any products or services advertised within the App. Udyo is not responsible for the content of third-party ads or any transactions you make with advertisers.

Push Notifications

Udyo may send you push notifications for job alerts, quiz reminders, current affairs updates, and study reminders. You can manage or disable these at any time via your device settings.

Disabling notifications will not affect your access to the App's core features.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Udyo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep information accurate and the App running smoothly, we do not guarantee:

• That all job notifications are error-free or complete — always verify from official sources
• Uninterrupted or bug-free access to the App
• That using Udyo will guarantee exam success (we believe in you, but effort is yours!)

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aleti Srinivasarao and the Udyo team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to missed job opportunities, data loss, or exam outcomes.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the last 12 months (or ₹0 if you use the free version).

Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using Udyo, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the App or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify you via a push notification or in-app message.

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Andhra Pradesh, India.
